Elevari Studios ships thoughtfully designed products to customers in South Africa and selected international destinations. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are processed on business days only (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During peak periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed.
2. Shipping Within South Africa

We ship orders using reputable third-party courier services.

Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays.
3. International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.

Elevari Studios ships international orders on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis.
This means:

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in your order total

These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Elevari Studios is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package size, and courier rates

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or due to our error
5. Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Elevari Studios is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
6. Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a delivery is unsuccessful due to:

The order may be returned to sender.
In such cases:
